VALORES

We prompted the values as well as social and emotional skills in Mexican households through more than 300 pieces of content that reached more than 15.7 million teachers and parents.

We promote activities so that teachers, children, young people and parents reach a life inspired in well-being, social and emotional skills and values. We do this through a website, a TV campaign, a digital book and pieces of content in different formats to share in social media.

In 2020, we developed diverse content aimed to teachers, parents and children focused in values and social and emotional skills. We launched the campaign “Far but Close” to promote a healthy coexistence, mostly with elderlies.

We took an approach to our community through two Facebook Live events with activities focused on values and social and emotional skills to develop during the lockdown.

Before this new challenge we are living, we created fun ways to reach more people. We created a 10-storytellers video series based in the Book of Valueswith the main objective of taking social and emotional skills into homes. Besides, there were a series of instructional videos based on the topic of the quarantine hosted by Trixia Valle.

Thanks to a meaningful partnership with 8 networks of teachers in Facebook, we crossed contents focused in teachers and achieved an amazing reach of 2 million people.

In the same way, we were pioneers getting a successful collaboration by contributing with 100 contents about social and emotional skills from our site valores.mx to strengthen the Public Education Ministry site aprendeencasa.mx during the pandemic.

To support the lockdown situation, the Book of Values was digitalized, and we were able to reach over 50 thousand teachers and parents.

UN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

We fomented the objectives related to Peace and Justice Strong Institutions through messages aimed to teachers and parents looking for educational resources to teach values to children in 3rd and 6th grades of elementary education, promoting a culture of peace and equality.
